Lanie Deng

Lanie is a junior at Central High School in Springfield, Missouri. She attended MOP in 2025 and 2026, and her favorite olympiad subject is combinatorics. Outside of math, Lanie enjoys playing card/board games, crocheting, doing puzzles, occasionally playing the piano, and sculpting random things!

As Community Director, Lanie organizes and schedules Athemath events such as clubs and office hours!

Lanie will be teaching Cozy Combo this fall! She also taught Cozy Combo during the 2025-2026 school year.

Lanie was also an Athemath student from 2023 to 2025!
